Thank you all for the birthday greetings. Especially Johanna who reminded me that I had now made 80 revolutions around the sun --- I had never quite thought of a birthday in that perspective. I had a lovely dinner at my niece's home (my sister Marsha's daughter) and all of her family.

Hi Nancy--I see you're about to enjoy yet another birthday soon, so I'm getting ahead of the greeting game. Wishing you a very special and Happy Birthday with those you love. Enjoy! Hope to see you at our 61st reunion this September!

My apologies to all of the people who have posted birthday wishes to me over the past 5 or 6 or 7 years! I hadn't looked at the web site in a long time, so will try to do better in the future. I recently moved to Frisco, TX, just north of Dallas to be closer to my sister Marsha's family. It's been interesting but oh how I miss the southern CA weather. However, I have great neighbors and plenty of remodeling and updating jobs at my new home to keep me busy.

Good evening Nancy. Looks like you're one of the lucky members of the MCHS Class of '61 who will be celebrating your 78th birthday in a few days. Be sure to make it a big deal with your loved ones! Thank you for all of the birthday wishes. My son and his family are visiting from Denmark so we've been keeping busy. I had a lovely birthday --- went whale watching the day before, had several friends over for cake, and visited a woman who does glass work and has 4 kilns (my daughter-in-law Rikke does beautiful glasswork and she really enjoyed it). We're off to Sequoia National Park and Hearst Castle next week before they leave at the end of the week. It's been a lovely two weeks, and again, thank you for your birthday wishes. Nancy
