Taught mathematics and served as assistant principal at Waterloo East from 1965-1969. during the race riots.

Served on the faculty at University of Northern Iowa in institutional research in the late 1960's.

Served as principal at New Ulm, MN High School in the 1970;s and at Rosemount, MN High School during the 1980's.

Led design and construction of Eagan, MN High School and served as principal until retirement in 2002.

Earned Ph.D. at U of MN in 1984 and have taught School Finance in the grad school there for past fourteen years. Did post-grad work at Oxford.

Served as part-time Deputy Sheriff in Dakota County MN (2002-2013).

Have enjoyed downhill skiing since 1985. Am attempting to upgrade from hacker to duffer in golf: minimal progress so far!

Married Carol Pech in 2007 and have traveled extensively in Europe, New Zealand and Australia since then.

Am a charter member of the Eagan, MN Rotary and co-developed an Ethics program for MN high school students. We have taught this Eagan Rotary Ethics curriculum to students from multiple high schools around Minnesota.

Served as Eagan Rotary President, 2014-15.

Started a technology company with another guy in 2001. Sold it to Taylor Corp in August, 2014.

Looking forward to re-connecting with lots of long-lost friends from MCHS '61 at the reunion in 2016!

And, a special thanks to you and Roger for your donations to the MCHS Class of '61 Scholarship Fund. Thanks to you and dozens of other classmates, a graduating MCHS senior will receive a $1,000 scholarship this May. AND, other graduating MCHS seniors will receive a $1,000 Class of '61 scholarship each year in perpetuity. Your gifts will last forever!

Mr. Ludeman: Last year, Carol and I were doing a National Geographic river tour of the northwestern USA. We visited a park near the Snake River and behold! We found your work for sale at the site store (Can't remember the name of the park).
